I've been enjoying Chuck Driscoll's motorcycle reminisces but see no files
for episodes 16, 17, and 18! I have no emails for them and the Google drive
is missing them, as well!

 

Where did they go? Perspiring minds want to know!

I wondered whatever happened to the rides I was on that I wrote about. 
 My daughter wanted them .  Something about turning them into a book 
of short stories.
She said she could become wealthy.  I said good luck with that.
Then I think back on the Frisbee or the hula hoop.
When we were kids we would pull the in-line tire pumps off the down 
tube of our bicycles and use them as water guns.
I’m sitting on a Hermosa Beach in Costa Rica watching the kids 
firing water out of the same unit but made of plastic @nd foam.  At 
$5.00 @ I could have been much wealthier than I am now.
Just trying to get over Covid that I must have caught on the 6 hour 
plane ride home.
I’ve been in 1/2 dozen or more motorcycle and vehicle accidents that 
had me bouncing along the tarmac  or the automobiles changing from 
tire to roof riding several times.  Wake up in the hospital with a 
body so colourful you’d have thought I was painted.
But this Covid has them all beat.  If I didn’t have the 2 Covid and 
3 booster shots I’m damned sure I’d bea gone gosling.
