I have fitted a remus grand prix slip on, (bolt on), wow what a noise ! and it certainly free's a few more horses.Fitted splitfire plugs, don't notice any real difference. upgraded to hh sintered pads, colour coded hugger, and had the wheels powder coated blue, looks great,

Problems:
Only real problem apart from falling off on a patch of deisel last jan was front brakes binding, they didn't like me riding through the winter. I stripped them down and fitted new seals, don't be put off it is very easy to do, just requires a bit of patience. Don't buy the seals from kawasaki though cos it will cost you about £100, I found a company in England called BsD, phone number 01733223377,they were about £50 for all the seals.

clutch disentigrated @ 16500 miles causing the engine casing to crack and the rod that goes through to the water pump to cause severe damage. noone can explain why this happened so any opinions appreciated. new engine needed (reconditioned one with 11500 miles on clock) fitted and seems more powerfull than the old one. other probs include wires snapping for rear lights.

although i had the major problem above the bike is just awesome, more power than i need (not that i dont try:)) it is great 2 up and i find the handling good if not heavy, but always manage to stay with the GSXR'S and BLADES.

Well a lot has happened since I last posted. I "totalled" the bike in a low speed low side in 10/03. Broken collarbone and ribs withstanding I decided to make it into a "Streetfighter". So much to list, but custom gunmetal met. paint, solo cowl, FLY MX bars, braided SS Goodridge lines, Ohlins Steering Damper, Devil exhaust, Ivan's jet kit, custom coolant overflow, homemade headlight, belly spoiler, and windscreen, dropped 1 tooth on front sprocket, Godzilla LED driving lights,...etc. Fixed or replaced all stock components and color matched, so have 2 bikes in one.

Not enough time to ride!! and of course, the freaking speed limits!!!!! Front rotor warpage.
