As per John Stafford's request, I have upload two pictures of my '55 custom. The left side picure show the mousetrap clutch and the dual automotive iginition coils. The right side picture shows the equal length header. General Information: 55 left hand motor case 58 right hand case. Cylinders and heads from a '75 FX. Bendix 38mm carb. Right case is modified to use a late '70's oil pump. The bottom end is stock (lefthand wheel has been shaved to match the right) Andrews "C" grind cam with solid lifters. Stock HD dual-point timer firing a pair of ACCEL automotive iginition coils. Wishbone rigid frame (I don't know what year). Mid 70's sportster front end. OEM oil tank. 3.5 gal fatbobs from '58 (59?). Bobbed rear fender. Hydraulic rear drum break. Mousetrap clutch with footshift. Equal-length header OEM oil filter (relocated behind oil tank) 12 Volt electrics (re-wound the generator) with solid state regulator.
