I get lots of requests for me to link to other sites, and a lot of them aren't even motorcycle-related. Normally, I just ignore the requests as I figure there are plenty of other sites that do that sort of thing. [see Ronnie Cramer's link below]

Here are some of the more interesting and useful ones, which I think are potentially worth your time to check out. If you're not out riding instead, that is...

  • Ronnie Cramer's MOTORCYCLE WEB INDEX — over 7,500 working links to motorcycle related Websites on the 'net. A personal favorite.

  • Adventure Rider — a very popular online forum with lots of action. Great stories and photos of long motorcycle trips, bike-specific stuff, vendor forums, etc.

  • Horizons Unlimited — a Website devoted to motorcycle touring. An excellent source of valuable information for the world traveler.

  • Duke Video — "The" place to find m/c videos. Over 2,000 titles.

  • Motorcycle Roads Northwest — Motorcycle roads in the Pacific Northwest of the USA.

  • Motorcycles of the 20th Century — A collection of more then 500 High Quality Motorcycle pictures in 1024x768 full-color format.

  • ROADMC — World-class motorcycle roads in Europe and Norway on video on-bike, The complete list on European and Norwegian reactions to speeding. Advice on equipment, books, maps, and MC video technology.

  • Global Motorsports crash.net — a huge, frequently updated, Website with news of all kinds of motorcycle racing (cars too).

  • Ironbutt Association — the definitive site for amateur and competitive long-distance motorcycle riding.

  • pashnit.com — a great site for discovering excellent motorcycling roads in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. Over 300 rides listed, with photos and maps. A personal favorite site of mine.

  • BikerStuff.ca — A Website selling specialty items for Harley enthusiasts, run by a close friend of mine in Canada.

  • BestBikingRoads.com — Great motorcycle roads in Europe, the UK, NZ, etc.

  • Beach Motorcycle Adventures — Motorcycle tours of Europe and New Zealand, focusing on a few superb destinations -- new tours come slowly to the Beachs, because like fine wine, experiences can't be rushed.

  • Air-Tech Streamlining — Air-Tech is the world's largest manufacturer of exotic motorcycle bodywork, fairing, tanks, fenders and seats. They have over 4800 molds (and counting) and all bodywork is produced in-house from aircraft fiberglass and carbon composites. All my racer friends use Air-Tech.

  • Directory Motorcycle.com — A directory of motorcycle related sites and businesses, organized by category.

  • Oregon Motorcyclist — Motorcycle information and opportunities in the State of Oregon, USA.

  • EasyMoto — A very nicely organized directory of motorcycle-oriented Websites.

  • onroad — A German language Website focusing on motorcycles and motorcycling.

  • Open Road Journey — a site to help motorcyclists find great roads and routes to ride throughout the world.

...but which I don't necessarily recommend one way or the other. I'm just being cooperative and helpful to these sites which appear to be germane to the motorcycling public. If nothing else, listing them here may get them a little more Web traffic.

  • ARC Fabrication — makers of custom Ducati exhaust systems and frames.

  • Leather Cycle Apparel — Offering top quality leather motorcycle apparel including jackets, vests, chaps, boots, purses, gear bags and more, all at great prices.

  • Scotti Knights Motorcycle Clothing and Accessories — Gloves, Boots and Jackets; Specialists for Frank Thomas, Suomy, Caberg, Arashi, Bikezone and Kidzone products. New rider and Advanced Motorcycle Tuition.

  • 650Rider.com — A site devoted to the Yamaha XS650, with photos, links, blogs, and online forum and search.

  • Motorcycle Aftermarket Parts — A motorcycle auction site for buying, selling or trading motorcycle parts and accessories.

  • The Muttz Nutz — A small British Company specializing in the manufacture of quality custom motorcycle components for the UK and international market.

  • Cycle Chaos — An interesting attempt at a motorcycle oriented Wiki, presently focused on the Big 4 Japanese brands.
